Washroom Deep Clean Servicing (4 services x pa)

The Washrooms Deep Cleaning service can offer a variety of maintenance programmes to suit your needs and improve standards of hygiene whilst prolonging the life of your washrooms.

Daily cleaning and the effective removal of bacteria is an essential part of providing and maintaining a clean and tidy washroom environment. However, to prevent the problematic build up of hidden embedded germs and bacteria, a specialist deep clean service is required to fully ensure you are providing a hygienic washroom environment for your staff and visitors.

On every service, your supplier will:

• Disassemble your primary pipework, allowing us to work with the build-up within the pipes.
• Re-bore your primary pipework creating a new hole and granulating the matter before it is flushed through the secondary piping.
• Reassemble your pipework.
• Steam cleaning allowing us to remove tough stains from the affected areas.
• Treat both bowls and pipework with an enzyme based solution that eliminates harmful bacteria which causes bad odour, dissolves stale urine and also eliminate body-fat deposits.

The service caters to your specific requirements, and each area of your washroom will be attended to in a unique way to maximise the effects of the deep clean.

Options Available;

Sinks

• Steam clean sinks, work tops and splash backs.
• Eliminate soap build up inside pipework.
• Treat all steam cleaned areas with an enzyme based bactericide that eliminates harmful bacteria which causes bad odour, and also eliminates body-fat deposits. 

WC’s

• Steam Clean WC bowls.
• Steam Clean Standing area.
• Treat all steam cleaned areas with an enzyme based bactericide that eliminates harmful bacteria which causes bad odour, dissolves stale urine and also eliminates body-fat deposits.

Urinals

• Deep Clean primary pipework (up to 2 metres)
• Re-bore Primary pipework
• Steam clean urinal bowls
• Steam clean splash backs of urinals
• Steam clean floor standing area (up to 1 metre) away from the urinals.
• Treat all steam cleaned areas with an enzyme based bactericide that eliminates harmful bacteria which causes bad odour, dissolves stale urine and also eliminates body-fat deposits which cause blockages.

Please note:
Mould in grouting may not be able to be removed, but will be treated on all services.

Washroom Servicing T's & C's 

* Please note this item forms part of an annual service contract. Your initial order payment covers 12 months of servicing for this item (s). Any items(s) will be automatically invoiced to you on the anniversary of your first purchase for Year 2 servicing, and again the following year for Year 3 servicing, unless 3 months notice is given in writing to the customer service team prior to the date of renewal, at which point the item(s) will be removed from site by the Supplier.
