This is for Onsite Service (No Minimum quantity)

A technician will come to your energie club and carry out any work required onsite with minimum disruption. On service day the aim is that your customers and members are able to carry out their exercises with minimum disruption.

On service day, the upholsterer will enter the gym with very little tools and place an out of service sign on the damaged piece of kit. The pads will be carefully removed from the machine and taken out to the service vehicle for repair. Once repaired they will be reattached to the machine safely, tested and the machine will be ready for members to use.

 In order to provide the best service, you will be required to upload a picture/pictures of the pads that need attention with your order. If you are unable to upload with order, please checkout your order and email images to procurement@energiecentral.com quoting your ECART order reference. 

 

Please note a call out charge of £80 will be added to your order at checkout. This applies for 1 sweat cover or multiple covers as long as works are undertaken at the same time.
